Chef Melissa

Earlier this week Melissa went through one of my favorite cookbooks (America's Test Kitchen) to pick out a recipe that she could cook for dinner one night.

Tonight was the night!

She picked teruyaki beef.

Yummy. She did a great job.

Of course, with a so may great cooks in the family and a home economist for a mother - was there any doubt?
