Dear William,
Welcome to the rainy-rainy season of Guam. This means that instead of the a gentle ten minute rain early in the morning, you'll get a heavy down-pour lasing over 30 minutes flooding the soccer field.
The same soccer field that you thought you were having practice on....maybe tomorrow....depending on the rain of course.
