Yesterday the weather cooperated and the middle school soccer team had their first practice. Afterwards, William collapsed in the back seat of the car and said, "Oh, my gosh, that was hard!"
Yep, babe, you are playing with the big boys now.
And big they are. The eight grader are all over a head taller than William - my big boy looks so little next to them! But he had a great time and wants to keep going. Hopefully, he'll get some play time in the games which start in a few weeks.
