Today Drew and I celebrated our wedding anniversary - 19th in fact.
Which I was told by my wonderful husband is the year of bronze. So glad I did not get a bronze gift.
We made the kids watch our wedding video. Melissa loved it....the boys? Well, they paid more attention to their DS games. We had not watched the video in a long time. It was nice to see again.
It was also nice to see family. Drew stopped the video at one point so we could name the family members for kids, but I couldn't name them. I had tears running down my face. It was so nice to see my grandparents again. It's amazing how grief can raise it's head...even after many years.
Tonight we watched the sun go down over Tumon Bay then had a nice dinner at a Thai restaurant. Nice...very nice.
May God grant us more than 19 years more together.

Actually, I hope David purchases a bronze statue for me for our anniversary. I found a Jewish sculptor who works in bronze, and I love her work. The statue I like is only about $8K. (Right--I'm gonna get THAT!)
