We made it through the night without any other mishaps or 911 calls. But we did get in to see a doctor (well, PA) at the clinic.
"It's probably just viral. And they can last 5 to 7 days."
"Yes, I know."
"And some last 10 to 14 days."
"Yeah."
"And some up to 21 days."
Deep sigh on my part.
But I am thankful that it's not something worse....I'm not cleaning up vomit which would ruin just about any day you can think of. But also, it's not something sinister....its just virus.
There are so many worse things they could have.

Virus? Minimum 5 -7 days? Ugh! I am on day 3 of a stomach virus. I feel William's pain of feeling horrible. I also feel your pain of the hubbie not being around. Gregg's in Scotland. I do have a driving daughter which is a big advantage to me. I am supposed to sub on Tues but I don't think I will be able to make it. I'm not sure I will be strong enough to make it through the day.
I hope we all feel better soon. It gets real old real fast.
