Sardines

I ate sardines today.

For the first time.

Ever.

And they were actually good! I followed an Alton Brown (of the Food network 's Good Eats). I was really surprised at the taste. Well, first was the smell - not nearly as "fishy" as I thought it would be - much less than canned tuna.

Then there's the health benefit - it's loaded with Omega 3's. And it filled me up. That's always nice.
